Session 1: Brain Matters: Nutrition for Neurodivergent Minds

Join expert nutritional therapist Catherine Jeans to understand more about how nutrition can impact neurodivergent bodies and brains.

She’ll cover key vitamins and minerals to help support neurodivergent challenges, from zinc to magnesium, omega 3 to key amino acids.

She’ll discuss the gut-brain connection, highlighting how nutrition plays a crucial role, and how to support some of the common challenges experienced by neurodivergent children, including poor sleep and constipation. She’ll also touch on sensory issues around food.
