SEND provision event

You are warmly invited to a session focusing on the SEND provision at Rushden Academy. During the session you will be given a short presentation focusing on the following topics:-

'Rushden Academy's SEND offer'
- What the expectations are of the Local Authority
- What support you can expect from the Local Authority
- Details on the process and timescales if you are considering an application for statutory assessment for an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

There will also be time available to ask the Principal, or SENDCo, any questions about SEND that you may have.This session is the first in our series of meeting the leadership team meetings. We will be holding a session each half term, focusing on the areas that you want to find out more about.
