Overview

Enjoy a nature discovery session in a quiet atmosphere. This is a dedicated space for children with SEN and/or a disability.

A quiet morning session exploring the reserve and the wildlife found here, for families with a member with any additional needs and/or a disability. Activities will include using nets to look at animals found in the pond, looking under logs to see what minibeasts we can find plus additional sensory activities.

Meet at the outdoor classroom area beside the Marine Engine House.

This session will be led by Dhush (he/him) from our Learning & Engagement Team. Sessions run one Sunday per month, every 4 weeks.

Please book one ticket per family.

Sessions are aimed at children of all ages and parents/carers together. All children must be accompanied throughout the session by a responsible adult.

This is a free event, but donations are welcome. All profits are invested into London Wildlife Trust’s conservation and education work and the care of its nature reserves. Please see our website event page for accessibility details.
