NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (EGM) of SENScot will be held virtually on Friday, 27 May 2022 at 1030 hours for the following purposes:-

1. Chair’s update for members on SENScot’s position following the Intermediary Review and Government’s decision to fund a new enhanced Single National Intermediary from 1 July 2022

2. To consider, and if thought fit, pass the following Special Resolution –

To seek members’ approval on the charity continuing after the main operations cease at end of June 2022.
