What if I am running late for my allocated time slot?

Please don't worry. We are using timed slots to give everyone the best experience possible and reduce waiting times. If you are running late we will aim to fit you in as soon as we can but please be prepared that you may need to wait a little bit until there is space.

My child has a physical disability are they able to join in?

Absolutely, everyone is welcome. The venue has level access. The activities will be a mixture of floor based and table based but can be moved as needed e.g. lifting off the floor to bring to your child if they can't sit on the floor.

The event is popular and we are operating a waiting list, please cancel your ticket so that it can be made available to someone else.

Can my child come with an older sibling?

All children need to be accompanied by someone who is over the age of 18.

Absolutely, everyone is welcome. We will have a variety of activities to suit different ages, and this means that you can pick the level of activity that best suits your child's abilities.

Is the event suitable for my 6 month old?

We have planned different activities at each station to suit different age groups. We have activities aimed at 0-1's which are sensory based for them to explore different smells and textures linked to the Nativity story.

My child has an allergy is the event suitable for them?

We will have allergy details as you arrive at the event so that you know the ingredients list for any activities that involve food items.
