Sound Bath Experience:

Immerse yourself in a transformative two-hour healing experience designed to calm the mind, nurture the body, and restore balance to your energy.

This session weaves together six powerful practices for holistic well-being:

• Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT): Begin with a guided tapping practice to release emotional blocks and bring awareness into the body. Learn how EFT works, followed by hands-on guidance to help you ground and center.

• Breathwork: Consciously altering the rhythm and depth of your breath, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress, increasing energy, and improving focus.

• Sound Bath Meditation: Relax as you are enveloped in soothing sound waves created by gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. These vibrations help quiet the mind and promote a state of deep peace and clarity.

• Reiki Energy Healing: As the sound bath unfolds, gentle Reiki energy supports your healing journey, working to restore balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.

• Vocal Toning: Using sustained vocal sounds to promote relaxation, balance, and healing to close the experience.

• Aromatic Journey: Throughout the event Ken will be guiding us through gentle aromatics (without burning) that will help us connect and ground with our sense of smell.

This experience is perfect for those seeking a deeply calming reset, tools for emotional release, and a renewed sense of connection to themselves.

No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive. Allow yourself to step into this sacred space and leave feeling lighter, centered, and renewed.

*Please Note: During meditation, your body temperature may drop.
