Senses in the City Photo Walk - 1st February 2017
Wed 1 February 2017, 10:00 – 13:00 GMT
Hello, I'm Sam Geddes. I teach people how to bring magic back into their everyday lives.
The hustle bustle of life can take you into a fog like state of living. You can peep at what is on the other side but you can't quite make it out. Days whizz by, frustration weighs you down and you are thinking - if you could just look at things differently, for a moment, maybe you can get back to the who I am and how I want to feel.
On my journey from that foggy place I've come to realise that just stepping out and trying something new can give you a whole different perspective on the world around you and most importantly your world.
Photography has become a mindful tool in my box of happy that helps me refocus and see what is really in front of me as I navigate my life.
I want to help you "see life through a different lens" by taking you out into the city.
Why here? Because this is the place that has become somewhere you rush around and try to get to your destination and you miss so much - it is the perfect mirror of life today.
I'm going to slow you down and guide you into drinking up the magic of the city, so you can take some magic home and spread it about.
Come and experience one of Catching Life's SENSES IN THE CITY experience on any of the dates below. You just need a camera, any camera - no experience required!
The Photo Walk is a 3 hour morning outdoor workshop in Bath City Centre.
Use your smartphone or digital camera as a powerful tool for noticing the world differently. Switch off notifications and absorb yourself in the magic of the city.
