About this event

Health • Other

Sink into a soothing symphony and allow the healing vibrations to restore balance to your mind, body and spirit. An immersive soundscape composed of therapeutic and sensory instruments, including gongs, tuning forks, alchemy singing bowls, chimes and nature sounds, alongside various sensory cues and scents takes listeners on a journey deep into the inner-landscape to foster states of clarity, restoration and deep-healing.

The Sensory Sound Journey is a process of reconnection - harmonizing the listener with self and to the world around them. We mark the opening of the space with an energetic cleansing and a short breath meditation to regulate the nervous system before seamlessly blending into a relaxing multisensory sound bath to enable the listener’s unique healing process to unfold.

Often described as "powerful", "unforgettable" and "inspiring", participants lie down and close their eyes to experience a rich spectrum of immersive sound in this easeful and blissful restorative practice from the comfort of their mat.

Joseph is a specialist in sound, breath and meditation and leads multisensory recuperative therapies designed to spark connection, inspire creativity and soothe tired minds. Led by his calling to support others to regulate and return to their centre, he has over 8 years experience sharing restorative practices and therapies.

He draws on his extensive training and academic studies to master the art of sharing ancient practices that provide meaningful tools of rejuvenation and reconnection for today’s world. He has been featured in renowned publications like Conde Nast Traveller for his expertise in this field.

His approach draws meaning from ancient philosophies and practices, as well as natu. re, art, neuroscience, architecture and design, to make sense of our contemporary urban lifestyles and to equip his community with the therapeutic tools to thrive
