Event description

Description

Parenting can be hard, but parenting before, during and after a separation brings parenting to a different level. But how you get to the other side depends on how you react & deal with the situation but also if you have the right support and information your family are more likely to get through this with as little negative effect as possible.

Topic; we will talk about how to look after yourself before, during and after your separation and how to cope with challenges so it will have a minimum effect on your children.

Monthly Topic: Your New Normality. Suddenly things change over night and it can be hard for you and your family to adjust to. We will talked what your New Normality looks like and how you can create an everyday life that fit this. We will talk about rules, routine and stability

For everybody who wants to be a more positive & focused mother figure, no matter what you are going through!

Refreshment will be provided

These events are run in collaboration of Emma Newman (Family Solicitor) and Parenting Success Coaching (Mette Theilmann)

Emma Newman: “I have been practising Family Law for nearly 18 years. I was divorced when my son was very small, so I am very aware that my clients need support not just with the legal process, but also with practical and emotional issues. I am really thrilled to be working with Mette and Parenting Success in this exciting venture. I hope that I will be able to give any legal guidance needed during our meetings and also share my personal experiences as a separated Mum and a Step Mum”
