Meanwhile Sales and Marketing functions have been slow to embrace these tools and philosophies; this is partially due to the cultural change required, partially because markets are constantly evolving, and partially because there is no one size fits all solution.
What will I learn? : The course will help you to map your sales processes, and align them with your clients buying process. Using a six sigma framework, you will define which of your processes are important, and develop a route map to put improvements in place when you get back to the office.
