Come and be immersed in the healing, gentle sounds of the Gongs as you sleep or drift away snuggled in the comfort of your cosy nests. The Gongs sound continuously through the night, played by experienced Gong players. This is a wonderful opportunity to sleep, immersed in the sounds of the Gongs, which can be a profound and restorative experience.

We’re delighted to bring you this All Night Gong Puja at Sedgewick Park House in West Sussex. Our lovely host Clare will share her beautiful home and gardens with us in alignment with her purpose of supporting those on their healing journey.

Set within 100 acres of rolling Sussex countryside, your booking includes access on the Sunday morning to the famously beautiful gardens where you can gaze on the breath taking views of the South Downs and Chanctonbury Ring as you land, rest and reflect in this special place before leaving. A low EMF environment is also in tune with Claire’s ethos. We provide herbal teas and nibbles throughout the night and a light breakfast on Sunday morning.

Open to adults who have already experienced The Gong Sounds in a 1-2-1 or Group setting. If you are unsure if it's suitable for you or have a particular need, please get in touch.

10.00 pm The Opening Ceremony begins

10.30pm – 6.30am The Gongs begin to sound and are played continuously through the night until Sunday 21st at 6.30am

Other than the Gong Sounds, complete silence is observed in the Gong Space there’s no talking in or around the Gong Space. (Tammy says, if she can do it, you can too!)

6.30am the last gong sound dies away, and we rest in the profound stillness and deep silence for 20-30minutes. Please remain quiet during this sacred time of stillness after the Gongs have finished their work. Angela and Tammy will gently bring the Puja to a close with softly spoken words.

7.00am Coming round in your own time, you'll be able to freshen up in preparation for eating a light breakfast. We will provide fruit & muesli but please bring whatever you need to meet any special dietary requirements. After breakfast we can come together in the energies we've created, for quiet conversation, grounding and sharing if you chose.

You will need to clear your bedding and leave the house by 8am.

You are welcome to enjoy the gardens until 11am.

Herbal teas and water are available through the night.

WHAT TO BRING

Bedding:

Something VERY comfortable and warm to lie on plus, pillows, blankets, throws and extra padding.Whatever you need to be TRULY comfortable lying on a wooden floor for about 8 hours. Please, no bean bags as they cause too much noise when you move about. Air mattresses, sleep over bed rolls or futons all work well – please don’t bring anything noisy or squeaky!

Comfy Clothing:

· Pyjamas or equivalent to move around, go to the loo etc and to sleep in.

· Warm socks/slippers. (No outdoor shoes in the Gong Space).

· Eyemask, sleeping mask or scarf to cover your eyes if required. There will be low lighting in the Gong Space.

· Ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

· Snoring is always a possibility due to the deep relaxation induced by the gong sounds, so ear plugs are a good idea if snoring is a trigger for you. They don’t prevent you from receiving the benefits of the healing vibrations.

· Water bottle

· Please dress warmly in layers and warm socks and be aware you will be lying on the floor through the night.

· A small hand towel so you can have a quick freshen up in the morning.

· Hot water bottle.
