Over the last few years, at Friends of the Earth and now The Children’s Society, Joe has been exploring different ways to transform these organisation’s approaches to fundraising.  This has involved significant change – in structures, processes, systems and more importantly, in culture and mind-set.  In this short, practical session, Joe will share the key concepts and what he has learned on the journey so far.
