How the sessions work
- Check-in. Each virtual session will start with a brief check-in where you share with the group what you plan to achieve over the session.
- Focused work mode. With your video on and mic off, you will get started on your desired task.
- Break. We will take a 5 minute break to hydrate, stretch and reset for the next work block.

- Check-out. The session will end with everyone sharing what they achieved.
