There is no parking at the venue. On street parking is available at Eastvale Place and Kelvinhaugh Street.

What do I need to bring?

A bottle of water, swimwear and a towel (if you're braving the ice bath)

When does the event start?

Doors open at 4pm, the event officially kicks off at 4:30pm with our full body workout so please give yourself plenty of time to arrive

We are so excited to be hosting our next Sober Social on Sunday the 21st of September, 4-9pm at SWG3. We have a full schedule of wellness planned, and lots of amazing brand collaborations. The day involves:
