As the school term begins and nature ushers in cooler mornings and rustling leaves, this is the perfect moment to pause, breathe, and realign. Each session is a personal journey—woven with seasonal rhythms, musical intuition, and healing vibrations—inviting you to release summer’s momentum and ease into the calm, grounded beauty of autumn. Join us at Amersham Band Hall Sunday 14th. Tea and Chocolate will be served at the end.

Please Bring a yoga mat/something to lie on, a pillow and a blanket anything to make yourself super cozy and comfortable. The more comfortable you are the better the experience.Eye masks will be provided. I also have a few spare mats.
