What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket/sleeping bag, and wear warm layers in autumn/winter. Cushions, pillows, eye masks, bolsters, or anything else to help you feel cosy and relaxed. You’ll be laying on your back for a while, so having support under your head and knees is recommended.
