September Taster: Bike Induction & Colour Ride

Our Bike Induction before the class will show you how to set up your bike properly, and the app needed to use our virtual on-screen workouts. We recommend downloading the Intelligent Cycling app in advance.

Colour Ride classes are teacher-led and focus on how to regulate your intensity by understanding our colour-related training levels. These levels on your smart device are closely followed so you can experience a bespoke cycling training session. Suitable for all riders.

We recommend wearing something you will be comfortable moving about in, suitable trainers, a bottle of water and possibly a towel. Our instructors will make sure you are warmed up and comfortable with the movements in the session before it gets going.
