Come along and get a taste of being a Sport and Active Health member throughout September.

There are various time slots throughout the day for you to choose from, so select one that suits you and join us for a gym session.

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and show you around our state-of-the-art gym, which features a range of strength and cardiovascular equipment.
