About this event

Sunday Sessions are a safe space for individuals of Black/ African-Caribbean heritage. Together, we’ll explore the power of psychological healing and self-care as the foundation for confidence, joy, and resilience. This event focuses on Black African/ Caribbean communities as we navigate wellbeing and beauty. Guided by a professional makeup artist, we’ll also celebrate the art of enhancing our natural features on the outside—because looking good and feeling good go hand in hand. This unique experience combines mental health awareness with the creativity of beauty, offering a safe and uplifting space to connect, heal, and glow.
