Leave behind the roles you play in everyday life and enjoy a day of rest, reflection, and connection with fellow women who truly understand you.

Each month, we come together to support one another, prioritize self-care, and escape the chaos of daily life. Our women-only retreat is a space for rejuvenation and empowerment—a chance to recharge your spirit and nurture your soul.

What to Expect:

  • Time for mindfulness, self-care, and holistic wellness
  • Insights into self-love and personal growth

Join us and immerse yourself in a day dedicated to YOU. Step into a supportive space and discover the power of shared experiences and self-discovery.

What to wear - Loose, comfortable & warm clothing.

What to bring – Yoga mat/towel, cushion to sit on (chairs available), Journal/notepad & pen, Blanket/ pillow, slipper/socks, eye mask, your own mug, and anything else that makes you feel cozy and comfortable. Some food to share for our potluck lunch.
Venue - Collaton St Mary Parish Rooms are like a tree house, with large windows and amazing views of the surrounding fields. Free parking is available.

  • Loose, comfortable, and warm clothing to ensure you feel relaxed throughout the day.

  • A cushion for sitting (chairs are also available).
  • A blanket
  • A yoga mat
  • A journal or notepad and pen for reflections.
  • Your favorite mug for tea or coffee.
  • A dish to share for our potluck lunch.

Ease into your space with a warm drink in hand. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the day to keep you cozy, nourished, and refreshed.

~ Welcome Circle ~
Connect with fellow retreat-goers in a grounding and heart-opening session. Settle into the space, introduce yourself, and gently set your intention for the day ahead.

~ TriFlow: Movement • Meditation • Dance ~
Step into a transformative three-part journey:
1️⃣ Movement – gentle yoga-inspired flow to awaken the body.
2️⃣ Meditation – deep stillness to calm the mind and open the heart.
3️⃣ Free Dance – rise into joyful freedom as music carries you from silence into rhythm.

A sacred passage from root to release, this practice invites you to reconnect with your essence and leave feeling expansive, alive, and free.

Expect something soul-nourishing, creative, or thought-provoking.

~ Community Potluck Lunch ~
Bring a dish to share and enjoy a relaxed, nourishing lunch together. A perfect opportunity to connect over good food and conversation.

~ Closing Circle ~
We’ll end the day with a gentle, reflective gathering. Share insights, express gratitude, and leave feeling inspired, grounded, and supported.
