About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Join us on the second Saturday of the month for a fun filled family workshops led by local creatives.

We recommend these sessions for 3-10 year olds and kindly ask for parents and guardians to supervise their children at all times.

We want Family Arts workshops to be accessible to all families. To support this, we have a 'Pay What You Can' ticket system ranging from £0-12 per child. There is no limit of free spaces available. If you can afford to purchase a ticket today, you'll be helping keep Family Arts open to all.

SEND Families: If you have a child with special educational needs or disabilities, we have a few options for support during our sessions. You can make yourself known to one of our friendly Family Learning Volunteers in the workshop and ask them to help you with anything you may need. We have 2x sensory bags available at reception with a range of fidget toys, cuddly toys, sunglasses and ear defenders. We can also support you to find a quiet space if needed, please speak to a volunteer or member of staff. You can find out more about accessibility at Broadway Gallery under the 'Your Visit' section of our website.

For more information on the individual sessions please call the gallery at 01462 476110.

Family Arts is brought to you by the team at Broadway Gallery, part of the charitable giving service of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation.

The Broadway Gallery is based in Letchworth Garden City. We support and develop a programme of exhibitions, events and educational activities that inspire our community. We are proud to be run by the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, a Community Benefit Society that reinvest the money made from its commercial portfolio back into the town.
