Serenity Sound Bath

This 1-hour immersive sound journey uses the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments to calm the mind, soothe the body, and bring you back to balance. Whether you're new to sound baths or a returning guest, this session offers a perfect opportunity to unwind and reconnect.

Please be aware sound baths are not suitable for pregnant women under 12 weeks and it is not advised to attend if you have a pace maker or stents.
