No matter what kind of business or sector you are in, this interactive session will provide you with some theory around empathic listening that you can put into practice immediately, around being more present and connected in your everyday interactions.

Session Objectives

In this session we will:

• Identify what makes a good listener

• Reflect upon our own listening skills

• Develop tips and practice skills to enhance our listening

Series of workshops

This is the first workshop of three running as part of the Enhance your everyday conversations series.

Friday 18th February 10am – 11am

Workshop 3 : Making sure you’re on the same page- effective ways to ensure a mutual understanding.

Speaker

These sessions will be led by #WECAN delivery lead Amy Samouelle. Amy is passionate about delivering high quality, values led training. Since qualifying as a coach and experiencing its transformative impact on her practice, she is keen to support others with the development of communication and relational skills to have more impactful conversations. She previously worked in the Health and Care sector as a Quality Improvement Coach.

The session will be hosted using MS Teams - a meeting link will be sent to you in advance.
