Expert advice about safe development and injury avoidance for young athletes. How best to prepare and recover from sport.

About this Event

A short talk by Phil Mack about injury avoidance and safe development of young athletes. Phil will discuss the most effective warm up, recovery and development strategies. He will also explain typical growing pains and how they are best managed.

There will be Q&A’s at the end of each talk, plus a drop-in clinic when you can discuss your own injury directly with Phil.

Phil Mack, Consultant Sports Physiotherapist and Sports Scientist, has 17 years of experience working with International ,Olympic and professional athletes.
