SERPENT — Shedding the Past

The Healer of the Body and Earth

In this immersive workshop, we’ll work with Serpent as an archetype of deep release and renewal. Through movement, ritual, and guided journeying, you’ll be supported in unwinding the past, reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, and rooting yourself in a more grounded, present way of being.

Serpent teaches us how to let go. She invites us to cast off old skins—stories, traumas, outdated beliefs, and energetic imprints we’ve outgrown. Close to the Earth and deeply attuned to the body, Serpent guides us to heal from the ground up—through sensation, instinct, and cellular memory.

Themes: Letting go · Body-based healing · Earth connection
