SERVE AND RETURN
This session will be two uninterrupted hours of working on your SERVE & RETURN. The way in which people serve has changed and this session will focus on getting the most out of your serve. We will focus on some of the key aspects of the serve as well as highlighting the key areas in which injuries arise from Serving.
We will focus on learning the differences between different types of serves and obviously if you aint hitting serves you are returning them; a massive part of the game that often doesn’t get given the time it deserves.
