Service Design can help transform the future of housing. From learning better ways to engage with tenants to finding practical ways to respond to new Government guidelines for safety and net-zero targets. We've worked with clients in social housing and our parent company NEC to develop a practical introduction to how to transform current challenges into opportunities.

Following a successful first run in January, we're running another free taster session on May 26th for anyone involved in social housing to come and find out more.

What to expect:

• Hear about the value service design can bring to the housing sector.
• Bring a pen and paper and an open mind. We'll have space for questions and discussion too.

• People who work for housing providers - from management to customer relations and maintenance
• Designers who work with and for housing clients
• Experts in housing who want to share their knowledge and experience
• Anyone who’s interested in how to make housing better for those who live in and deliver it
