Workshop outline:

Objectives:

1. Develop an understanding of service development.
2. Look at the importance of utilising research when developing services.
3. Understand the ongoing role of the content team.
4. The product development process

Fola will take participants through the development cycle using a mock service to bring the session to life. This will include:

• Defining the purpose and looking at the scope of the project.
• Investigating – understanding the audience and the problem to be addressed.
• Create and test – use the insight gained to generate ideas and create prototypes

Research

• The importance of research in service development
• Working with the Insight and User Researcher teams
