With over 20 years of experience as aservice management consultant, trainer, speaker, and author, she is the founder of Scopism,specializing in publications, events, and consultancy for Service Integration andManagement (SIAM). Claire led the volunteer team that developed the SIAM Bodies ofKnowledge and established the thriving online SIAM community. Recognized as a thoughtleader, she has been named one of Computer Weekly’s most influential women in UK techannually since 2018. In 2024, she was honored as an HDI Top 25 Thought Leader andshortlisted for Computing’s Women in Tech Excellence Founder/Entrepreneur award.
