Difficult Conversations: most people don’t like them, but we all need to have them. This session will give you the opportunity to consider your role in handling difficult conversations and reflect on your contributions and what makes you effective. The session will help you to develop some key skills to conduct these conversations in a constructive and confident way.
By the end of this training event you will be able to:
- Understand the importance of addressing difficult conversations positively.
- Choose appropriate language to effectively manage the emotional element of difficult conversations.
- Approach difficult conversations with confidence.
The event is free to members of Service Network and non-members can attend for £50+VAT (&fees).
