Recruitment is often the first time an individual will have interacted with your organisation. Making a positive impact at this stage is crucial in facilitating belonging, generating psychological safety and creating an anticipatory welcome for everyone.

We’ll explore:

• How to write inclusive advertisements and descriptions

• Approaches to inclusive recruitment

• An introduction to reasonable adjustments

• An introduction to Access to Work support in the recruitment process
