In this session, we’ll enhance your understanding of neurodiversity, introduce you to the benefits of celebrating diversity, and support you in creating a supportive working culture.

By the end of this session, you’ll know about:

• The different models of disability

• Neurodiversity, the barriers presented to neurodiverse people, and the impacts of these barriers

• How to celebrate and support neurodiversity and create a more inclusive organisation
