This half day event will be hosted by Halo, and organised by the Northern WARP. This is session five of five sessions looking at different parts of the supply chain. (You do not need to attend all sessions if you are unable to do so, each session tackles a separate part which can be attended as a standalone event.)

Introduction to the Wargame

  • Overview of the wargame objectives and structure.
  • Teams are divided into technical and non-technical groups.


Wargame Simulation

  • Execution of a simulated supply chain attack scenario.
  • Teams respond in real-time, applying the knowledge gained throughout the year.


Debrief and Knowledge Quiz

  • Discussion on the wargame outcomes and performance.
  • Knowledge quiz to assess the retention of key concepts from all sessions.
  • Feedback session to gather participant insights and identify areas for improvement.
