Session C - Interview Skills

Competency-based interviews are the most common form of interviews now carried out in the UK. In this one-hour session we will discuss and investigate what competency-based interviews are, why employers use them and how applicants can prepare for them.

Preparing for a competency-based interviews requires research, preparation and an understanding of what the role will entail. You will learn how to do this, using your prior knowledge, experience and transferable skills to answer competency-based questions with confidence.
