Are you building a business and ready to think bigger? In this interactive session, Janet Doran, business coach and leadership trainer, will guide you through how to define a bold, inspiring long-term goal that drives your business forward. 

Topic: 10:15am – 11:45am  

You’ll explore the concept of a “Big Hairy Audacious Goal” — a powerful vision that aligns with your purpose and sets the direction for growth. Discover what makes a great goal, craft one that fits your business, and map out practical steps to make it happen. 


Perfect for new and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to think big and act strategically.

Networking  11:30am – 1:30pm  

This session will be followed by a networking opportunity, providing a chance to connect with other entrepreneurs and young business owners, share experiences, and build valuable relationships.     

 Janet Doran works with Solopreneurs and small business owners helping them to answer the question ‘How do we build a business that will stand out from our competitors, attract customers, and grow?' Since 2015 she has been providing business coaching and leadership development services before that Janet spent 20+ years in both Blue-Chip and family-run organisations, leading teams & delivering business growth.
