Setting and Maintaining Boundaries – with The People Choreographer

Boundaries aren’t barriers – they’re the beat that keeps us in step at work. Join Rachel, founder of The People Choreographer and straight-talking HR consultant with a flair for inclusion and compassion, for a practical session on setting and maintaining healthy boundaries in the workplace.

With over 25 years’ experience working across a range of sectors, Rachel brings clarity, kindness and a healthy dose of humour to the complex world of people management. This one-hour session will explore why boundaries matter – for wellbeing, team dynamics, and getting the job done – and how to create an environment where they’re respected and upheld.

You’ll leave with:

  • Practical strategies for setting workplace boundaries
  • Insight into how to support others to understand and respect those boundaries
  • Tips for managing situations where individuals may need extra clarity or support, without judgement

This session is ideal for anyone working in a people-facing role who wants to build a culture of respect, care and sustainability – especially in emotionally demanding environments.

Let’s ditch the guilt and step into a workplace rhythm that works for everyone.

We believe that every young person should have the chance to change their life through music. Yet our research shows that many can’t because of who they are, where they’re from or what they’re going through.

Our insights, influence and investment in grassroots organisations and to young people themselves means that more 0–25-year-olds from can make, learn and earn in music.
