Description: Setting a clear baseline is essential for successful delivery of Warm Homes projects. It defines the starting point for scope, funding, and outcomes, and provides the benchmark for measuring progress. But projects rarely go exactly as planned - this is where change control comes in. In this introductory webinar, we’ll explain what a baseline is, who sets it, how it’s established, and why change control exists to protect delivery and compliance.
