Prepare to make 2020 a successful year by spending a half-day dedicated to setting both short-term and long-term goals. Together we will use Lego® SeriousPlay® as method for breaking down complicated ideas and structures in order to focus on how to enhance performance and prioritise tasks. During the session, you will build Lego models to explore the ideal version of yourself as a researcher, your professional goals, ways of overcoming obstacles and how to develop a plan to take actions towards achieving your goals.
