Setting the foundations with your cofounder

What is it?

A great co‑founder can make or break your venture.  

In this interactive masterclass, you’ll dive into how to find the right co‑founder, build trust, align your vision, and set up ways of working that can survive the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. We strongly encourage you to bring your co‑founder so you can work through practical exercises and conversations together, but don’t worry if you don’t have one yet! This session will also give solo founders valuable tools and insights for what to look for and how to build a strong partnership when the time comes.

This session is aimed at aspiring or early-stage entrepreneurs who want to better their understanding of how to find the best cofounder for them.

• Support in choosing (or evaluating) the right co‑founder to complement their skills and vision

• Tools to align values, roles and expectations early 

Who's leading this workshop?

This session is led by Yoon-Joo Jee, an awarded social entrepreneur, certified facilitator, and experience designer, currently Entrepreneur in Residence at City, University of London.

Yoon-Joo has extensive experience designing and delivering workshops that spark creativity, collaboration and fresh thinking. Her work focuses on helping people step outside their comfort zones, experiment with bold ideas, and turn imagination into action.
