Setting Up A Business - The Legal Obstacles

Advocate Andrew Pinel will be coming to speak to Hub Members about the legal obstacles that are often encountered when setting up a business in Jersey.
Andrew will speak about the corporate structures available for your business and issues regarding the population office and licences.

Andrew Pinel, Partner
Andrew founded Pinel Advocates and has sixteen years’ experience in advising a range of clients on corporate and commercial, private client and investment funds matters.
He was most recently praised by the Legal 500 for being "a good communicator with a commercial outlook" (Banking and Finance), also noting that he "shows considerable legal expertise" (Corporate and Commercial) and "deals with matters with a calm assurance" (Investment Funds).
