The GFM “Setting up a Hedge Fund in the US” event will provide a forum for fund manager delegates to understand each of the critical steps involved to successfully bring an alternative fund to market in what remains the single largest jurisdiction (from an asset raising perspective).

For any new US fund manager, getting the planning right at the pre-launch phase can potentially make the difference between success and costly failure.

Through a series of panels, the aim of this event is to help lay out, in detail, the main considerations for start-ups, from legal structuring all the way through to divising an impactful marketing and distribution strategy.
