New Year's Resolutions are a waste of time. Did you know that only a quarter of us will have stuck it through to the end of January? Really. So what's the answer? Ditch the resolutions and set intentions instead.
We’re running a live online Wellness Intentions session on January 8th at 7.30pm so come join us from the comfort of your home to kick start your health journey for 2020 and see it through for the long term.
The session is all about starting conversations about wellness, looking at the big picture and sharing tips on getting closer to these goals. But the first step is always about decluttering the mind and creating the space for a positive and growth mindset. And that’s when the magic happens...
This will be an interactive and practical session that will give you the tools to get started.

Your hosts
Fawz Farhan, founder of the All Being Well Project, is a wellbeing coach and registered pharmacist with a specialist interest in nature-inspired health. She regularly runs workshops and walks in South East London where her mission is to empower people in self care through a mix of nature, nurture and science.
