During the day, Liz Evans, a local Wellbeing Practitioner, will be holding wellbeing sessions in our Wellbeing Orchard.

Liz will explain how connecting with nature and heritage can help you reconnect with and ground yourself in challenging times.

“Through discussions and sensory writing, you will benefit by bringing greater awareness of your surroundings into everyday activities to enable you to re-connect with yourself”

There will be two sessions for adults at 10.30 am and 3 pm.

Places are limited and so booking is essential for both sessions.
