What will I need to wear/bring?

Please wear sturdy closed footwear and long trousers legs must be covered If you have safety shoes, then even better! You'll also be provided with the necessary PPE which you will be required to wear. The tour is outdoors so please wear suitable clothing for the weather.

How long will the tour last?

The tour around the Sewage Treatment Works lasts for approx 1 hour. Please arrive promptly to begin the tour at the start time.

Who is it suitable for?

Our tour is suitable for everyone (aged 5 and above). All children must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them for the whole duration of the event. We cannot allow children under the age of 5 on site.

What do I do if I've booked but I can no longer make it?

We totally understand there may be a need for you to cancel if you can no longer attend. If you have booked and can't make it all we ask is that you also cancel your tickets to allow others to book on instead, thank you!
