Sex and the Menopause
Rosemary Gordon is a registered nurse with over 15 yrs. Rosemary’s specialises in sexual and reproductive health. She works with all genders young and old. Rosemary is currently working towards a qualification in Clinical Sexology, helping individuals and couples with sexual problems and relationship difficulties.
This event is primarily for black people and people of colour - all are welcome.
Join us via Zoom, the best way to remove a stigma is to talk about it, and one of the biggest stigmas/ taboos around the menopause is sex.
Is your best sex yet to come – Sex in the menopause can be as pleasing as it was premenopause (if not better) – and sexual wellness is as much about our physical, emotional, spiritual and mental wellbeing, as it is about pleasure. We need to look after our sexual wellbeing
There will be an opportunity for questions during and after the event.
Although we cannot give individual medical advice in this setting, you will have the opportunity to ask any general questions you might have.

We want to eliminate the stigmas associated with what has been a not so discussed topic, but a hugely important topic and assure you that no questions are too small or embarrassing and that you are not alone.
This is a safe space for an honest open dicussion about perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause - this event is not recorded.
