30 + calendar days	0 % of the event fee 
20 – 29 calendar days	25% of the event fee plus any costs already incurred
10 – 19 calendar days	50 % of the event fee plus any costs already incurred
Fewer than 10 calendar days	Full event fee plus any costs already incurred

Can a group of us log on from a meeting room?

We ask that all attendees log on individually for their session. If you are unable to do this, please contact training@worknest.com.

Can I log in from a mobile phone/tablet device?

Logging on by computer / laptop is preferred but the link to join will be accessible by mobile and tablet devices.

Will I get a certificate?

A certificate can be requested through your feedback form which is supplied at the end of of the training session.

A Microsoft Teams calendar invite will be shared with you within 48hrs of booking. Please use this link to log on to your session on the day.

Am I able to pay by invoice?

Payment by credit card on Eventbrite is preferred. If you need to pay by invoice, please contact training@worknest.com.

I have paid on Eventbrite but have received a WorkNest invoice. Do I need to pay again?

No. As part of our finance policy we will also supply an invoice to show payment has been made.
