About the Conference
The Chair plays a crucial and distinctive role within housing associations and co-operatives. They must provide effective leadership to the organisation, all the while managing what can be challenging relationships with a wide variety of people and personalities. One of the most important of these is between the Chair and the Senior officer, where a balance must be struck in terms of ensuring that both can work together well – whilst ensuring that decisions are effectively challenged and questioned.
By the conclusion of the exciting and challenging two day programme, delegates will have a greater understanding of how effective governance can be achieved through fostering effective relationships.
Is this the conference for you?
