Overview

Experiment with layers of colour in a relaxing afternoon Sgraffito scratch art workshop

Join us for a creative workshop with artist Suzanne Williams. Explore the technique of Sgraffito.

Sgraffito is an artistic technique that involves scratching through a top layer of colour to reveal an underlying layer. The word comes from the Italian "graffiare," meaning "to scratch."

In this session, participants will create several Sgrafitto compositions, using oil pastels and acrylic paints on board.

The workshop is suitable for over 16s only.

All materials and tools are provided. No experience necessary.
