Shadow Leaf Drawing

We will relax in the beautiful environment of Caer Corhrain, using the community hut for the evening. We start with a short meditation to help ground and centre ourselves, connecting to our intuition, creative side and spirit guides who will help us for the evening. We move into a fun warm up exercise to get the creative juices flowing, loosen up and let go. The main event will be leaf shdow drawing, using various leaves for the evening, and mediums such as felt pens, gel pens, coloured pencils, watercolour pencils and fine liner pens to explore colour and pattern. It is about connection to our creative side, going with the flow, meditative slow drawing, as a way to relax and have time for yourself. It is suitable for all levels, even if you think you are not creative, you will surprise yourself, come along and give it a try.
