About the facilitator Dirish Shaktidas
Dirish is a yoga teacher, trainer chakra specialist immersed in the world of holistic healing. Internationally trained by world renowned teachers he has been practising yoga, dance and meditation for over 10 years.
Having grown up within a Hindu household with eastern practices, Dirish combines his deep knowledge of movement, mindful meditation and sound.
Dirish has a creative background of working in fashion and design. He experienced the challenges of living with stress, burnout, and anxiety. It is through his own commitment to health, wellness, and yoga he is able to show up in life with balance.
Through his travels in 2009 he trained in Vinyasa Flow at Yogaworks and then to other styles including Yin Yoga and Shakti Yoga Dance. He is passionate about teaching through his wide source of creativity, knowledge and wisdom to elevate his students.
